Train like an Army Ranger with the Army Ranger Fitness app. This app offers the Ranger Athlete Warrior (RAW) training program, which has been specifically created by the Army for Ranger physical training. The objective of RAW is to optimize the physical and mental development of individual Rangers, ensuring they achieve a level of fitness that is commensurate with the physical requirements of Ranger missions.

The RAW program focuses on four main areas: physical fitness, nutrition, mental toughness, and injury prevention. It provides education and training to help Rangers understand and choose sound nutritional practices, employ mental toughness skills for personal and professional development, and receive screening and education for injury prevention. In addition, the program aims to improve performance while standardizing physical proficiencies across the Regiment.

The Army Ranger Fitness app includes various content such as movement prep and recovery, strength training, endurance training, movement skills, hybrid workouts, tactical physical training, RAW assessments, program schedules, nutrition information, and calculators. It even offers a bonus feature, the Special Operations Forces Nutrition Guide, designed to meet the physical and mental demands of special operations training and missions.
